Where is today's puzzle?
The Today tab shows the daily variant and the 6×6 Sprint. A new pair unlocks at local midnight. Past days live in the calendar archive on the You tab.
How do hints work?
Each hint escalates: a nudge, the technique name, the deduction drawn on the board, then the digit. Free players start with a hint balance and can watch an optional rewarded ad for more. Premium members have unlimited hints.
Purchases and restoring
Ad-Free, the Starter Pack, hint packs, streak freezes and Ninefold Premium are processed by Apple. Reinstalled or switched devices? Open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account. Hint packs and streak freezes are consumed on use and cannot be restored once spent; your hint balance and progress sync through iCloud when it is enabled.
Managing or cancelling Premium
Ninefold Premium renews automatically until cancelled. Manage it from Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the end of the current period stops the next charge; you keep Premium until the period ends. The 3-day free trial on the yearly plan converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Refunds
Apple handles App Store refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Ads
Ads appear only on the completion screen, never on the board, and never before your fourth completed puzzle. One purchase (Ad-Free or Premium) removes them permanently. In the EU and UK you can change your consent choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options.
Streaks and iCloud
Progress is stored on your device and mirrored to iCloud Key-Value storage when iCloud is signed in. A streak freeze covers one missed day automatically. Game Center is optional and only used for leaderboards and achievements.
Accessibility
Ninefold supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, left-hand mode, a high-contrast board and a colour-blind-safe conflict style. Tell us if anything gets in your way.
